Workshops for Couples & Individuals
I offer structured 1-hour and 2-hour online workshops designed to provide accessible, evidence-informed psychological education in a supportive group setting.
These sessions are psychoeducational in nature — they are not counselling sessions and do not provide certification.
They are designed for individuals or couples who wish to deepen understanding, build practical skills, and engage with psychologically grounded concepts in a guided format.
Workshops are conducted online and include practical exercises, reflective prompts, and applicable tools.

Effective Communication for Couples
This workshop is designed for couples who share a solid foundation and wish to strengthen their communication skills.
It is ideal for partners who:
• Feel generally secure in their relationship
• Want to prevent future misunderstandings
• Desire deeper emotional connection
• Wish to refine how they navigate disagreements
This is not a conflict-repair workshop for couples in active crisis, but rather a proactive space to build clarity, emotional attunement, and structured communication tools.
Participants will learn:
• Core principles of effective relational communication
• How stress responses influence conversations
• Practical tools for listening and responding
• Techniques to reduce escalation and defensiveness
The focus is on strengthening what is already working.
Understanding the Polyvagal Framework
This educational workshop introduces the foundations of the Polyvagal Theory and its relevance to daily life.
Participants will learn:
• How the nervous system responds to stress and safety
• The concepts of regulation, activation, and shutdown
• Why certain relational patterns repeat
• How stress responses impact communication and behaviour
The session includes guided online practices designed to support nervous system awareness and regulation, including:
• Simple grounding exercises
• Breath-based techniques
• Body-based awareness practices
This workshop is educational in nature and intended to provide practical tools for everyday application.

When Composure Becomes Costly
A Workshop on the Composure–Destabilisation Model
This workshop expands on the concepts introduced in Kerryn Pillai’s talk When Composure Becomes Costly and explores the psychological dynamics that can quietly erode self-trust in high-functioning environments.
Participants will explore how subtle relational destabilisation can occur in environments where individuals feel pressure to remain composed, capable and professionally competent.
The session introduces The Composure–Destabilisation Model, offering a framework for recognising these patterns and restoring internal authority, clarity and self-trust.
Ideal for:
• professional women
• leaders navigating high-pressure environments
• individuals seeking to better understand relational power dynamics
Self-Trust, Authority & Decision Power
Psychological Alignment in High-Functioning Lives
Many high-functioning individuals are skilled at navigating demanding environments, maintaining composure and performing competence under pressure.
Yet subtle relational dynamics, internalised expectations and external pressures can gradually affect self-trust and decision clarity.
This workshop explores the psychological foundations of internal authority, helping participants examine how self-trust influences major life decisions, professional direction and relational boundaries.
Through guided reflection and discussion, participants explore how to reconnect with internal alignment while navigating complex personal and professional environments.
Ideal for:
• women in business and leadership
• professionals navigating major life decisions
• individuals seeking clarity, authority and psychological alignment
