Individual counselling offers a confidential, structured space to explore whatever you may be carrying — whether you are navigating a difficult season or seeking personal growth.

 

You do not need to be in crisis to begin.

Some clients reach out during overwhelming periods. Others seek support to strengthen resilience, build self-awareness, or navigate change with greater clarity.

Who Individual Counselling is For

Individual counselling may support you if you are:

 

• Moving through a new phase of life (becoming a mother, career transition, relocation, empty nest)

• Feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck

My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, grounded in safety and nervous system awareness.
